1. What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, age, country of residence and — if you give it — a flight number and any request you type in. At the desk we additionally record your driving licence and identity document numbers, which the law requires us to hold.

2. Why we collect it

To take and confirm your booking, to hand over a vehicle legally, to contact you about that rental, and to meet our obligations to the tax and traffic authorities. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use your data to target you elsewhere.

3. What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to marketing companies. We do not store card numbers at all — payment happens at the desk on the branch terminal, and nothing about the card reaches this website.

4. Who else sees it

Only the branch handling your rental, our accountants for invoicing, and the authorities where a traffic or criminal matter legally compels it. Our hosting provider stores the data at rest inside the EU.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for five years to satisfy Greek tax law, then deleted. Enquiry messages that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal duty requires us to keep it. Email us and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookies

This site sets one cookie: a session identifier that remembers your search and keeps your booking together across pages. It carries no advertising identifier and expires when you close the browser. We run no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels.
