Do I need an account to book?

No. You give us a name, an email and a phone number at checkout and that is the whole registration process. Your confirmation email contains a link that opens the booking again whenever you need it.

Is the price on the results page the final price?

Yes. It includes VAT, the basic damage and theft cover, unlimited mileage, and any airport or one-way fee that applies to your search. The only things that can add to it are extras you tick yourself, and the refundable deposit held at the desk.

When do I pay?

At the desk when you collect the car. Nothing is charged when you book, and no card details are taken online.

Can I cancel?

Free of charge up to 48 hours before your pickup time — one click from the link in your confirmation email. After that the booking is not refundable, because the car has been held off the fleet for you.

What do I need to bring?

A full driving licence held for at least a year, a passport or ID card, and a credit or debit card in the main driver's name for the deposit. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, bring an International Driving Permit alongside it.

How big is the deposit?

It depends on the cover you choose: €900 on Basic, €300 on Plus, and nothing at all on Full. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released when the car comes back undamaged.

What if my flight is delayed?

Give us the flight number when you book and we track it. Your car is held for the delay at no extra cost. Outside branch opening hours an out-of-hours fee applies, and it is shown in your price breakdown before you confirm.

Driving

Is the mileage really unlimited?

On every group, yes. Drive from Athens to Thessaloniki and back as many times as you like.

What is the fuel policy?

Full to full. You collect the car with a full tank and bring it back full. If it comes back short we charge for the missing fuel at pump price plus a €15 refuelling fee — no inflated per-litre rate. Electric cars are same-to-same, and we never charge for charge.

Can I take the car on a ferry?

Yes, on the mainland fleet, as long as you tell us first so the insurance covers it. Cars rented on Santorini, Mykonos, Rhodes or Corfu must stay on their island.

Can somebody else drive?

Only if they are named on the rental agreement. Add an additional driver when you book for €6 per day — they get exactly the same cover as you. Letting an unnamed person drive voids the insurance entirely.

Drivers

How old do I have to be?

Twenty-one, with a licence held for at least a year. Drivers under 25 pay a young driver fee of €8 per day, which is shown in the price breakdown. Premium and convertible groups need a driver of 25 or over with three years of licence.
